Valve still supporting Left 4 Dead 1

After fans of the original Left 4 Dead boycotted the news of release of Left 4 Dead 2 within a year of the release of the original, Valve is now trying to hush their voices.Valve has announced that they will continue to support the first game with mod authoring tools, a better match making system etc. They also said that there is more content in L4D 2 which just can't be added to the original. We'll believe it when we see it, Valve.....

Avalanche Studios is working on the next installment of Just Cause, the over the top action sandbox game. The game will probably release on the PC and the Xbox 360 but there are chances of a PS3 version. Just Cause 2 will also feature those memorable sky diving sequences from the original! The game is slated to release in 2010.

Sims 3 PC cheat codes

Here are some cheat codes that you'll find handy in the world of Sims 3. To enter these cheats you will have to bring up the cheat console by pressing CTR+Shift+C.

testingcheatsenabled true -
Turns on Testing Cheats, just shift+click a Sim, or anything else, like your Mailbox.

fps on/off -
Shows your Frame per Second in the upper right area while on.

quit -
Like it says, quits the game.

jokePlease -
Gives you a joke in the code console prompt.

help -
Lists all available commands at the moment.

moveobjects on/off -
With this On, it will allow you to move anything, including Sims, in your Buy/Build mode.

kaching -
While on the lot, entering this will give you $1,000.

motherlode -
While on the lot, entering this will give you $50,000.

fullscreen on/off -
Adjusts your game screen to full or windowed mode.

unlockOutfits on/off -
Unlocks outfits in CAS (Create a Sim) mode. This must be enabled before going into CAS.

fadeObjects [on/off] -
Toggles whether objects fade when the camera gets close to them

slowMotionViz -
Puts the game in slow motion. Optional parameter, value 0 = normal speed and 8 = slowest.

hideHeadlineEffects [on/off] -
Hides all meters and effects in the game, such as the plumbbob and skill meter.

disableSnappingToSlotsOnAlt [on/off] -
When on, objects will not snap to slots while holding alt.

constrainFloorElevation [true/false] -
Allows all terrain adjustments regardless of objects, Sims, and other structures on them. Walls, fl oors, and objects will move with the terrain.

enableLlamas [on/off] -
Gives a message that says, "Llamas enabled."

resetSim -
Resets the named Sim with neutral motives, no moodlets, and teleports Sim back home.

Kojima Productions announced Metal Gear Arcade. It is supposedly a revamped and networked version of Metal Gear Online. It has been specially designed to be played using 3D goggles! The game will be released in Japan and also western regions!

Microsoft announced Project Natal

Microsoft at last has revealed its latest technology in the gaming sector. The gadget in discussion is a motion control camera peripheral which you can use to control a game. The peripheral can sense even subtle movements and can also differentiate between players and spectators. This is a very ambitious project which we are looking forwards to. Here's a cool video demoing the tech which will make your mouths drop!

Kojima announces Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker for the PSP

After announcing Metal Gear Solid:Rising for the Xbox, now Hideo Kojima announced Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker for the PSP. He told that it is a sequel to Metal Gear Solid 3. The events of Peace Walker occur 10 years after MGS 3. The game is set in the 70's! The game will be scripted and produced by the great Kojima himself! Now, where did I keep that copy of MGS 3?

Assassin's Creed 2 coming to PSP with unlockables!

Sony made it clear at E3 that Assassin's Creed is coming to PSP too! They also told that if players on the PS3 want to use Leonardo da Vinci's Flying Machine, they will have to plug their PSP to their PS3! All you guys looking for some air time in AC2 go get yourselves a PSP!

Left 4 Dead 2 announced

Valve announced their new horror survival co-op game Left 4 Dead 2. After a great reception for the first game, Valve is all set to make a new addition in the series with more additions. The new version of the game will have a lot of improvements in the gameplay with new level designs, animations etc. Valve promises that this will be "much more than a simple expansion of the original". E3 week is just great, no?
